Scottish Division One- what's at stake?
Kicking off in August, the 10 Scottish Division One teams compete against each other twice at home and twice away. The title winner gains automatic promotion to the SPL and the chance to play against the Old Firm and the biggest names in Scottish football.
The team finishing in last place is relegated to Division 2 Two while the team placed second bottom enters play offs against teams who finished 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Division Two with the winner playing in Division One the following season.

Dunfermline Athletic won promotion to the SPL with Raith Rovers finishing as runners up.
